THE HISTORY AND FUTURE OF THE WILHELM REICH MUSEUM, ARCHIVES, AND INFANT TRUST
On November 4, 2003, Mary Higgins spoke at The Williams Club in New York City about her tenure as
Trustee and Director of The Wilhelm Reich Infant Trust. Her remarks provide answers to many questions
about the aftermath of Reich's death, circumstances surrounding the republishing of Reich's books, the origin
and programs of the Museum, the struggle to gather and preserve Reich’s archives, and plans for access to
these archives starting in November 2007.

ORGONE THERAPY: CRITICAL ISSUES IN THE THERAPEUTIC PROCESS
In 1949, Wilhelm Reich conducted a series of clinical lectures and discussions with physicians at his home
in Forest Hills, New York, in which he formulated the basic principles of orgone therapy and focused on
specific problems and possibilities in its practice. Reich preserved these historic lectures and discussions on
audio recordings, which form the content of these six CDs, enabling those who could not study with Reich
to learn from him directly. These recordings provide an opportunity to experience the vitality of Reich's
presence and the logic and depth of his thought.

THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY AND MEDICAL PRACTICE
On August 24, 1953, Wilhelm Reich met with six of his students at Orgonon to discuss the hostility they were
experiencing from the medical community because of their association with him and their clinical use of the
orgone energy accumulator. This conversation, originally preserved on wire-recording, captures a unique
and fascinating moment in time from over a half-century ago.
During this discussion, Reich, Elsworth Baker, M.D., Walter Hoppe, M.D., Ola Raknes, M.D., Chester M.
Raphael, M.D., Eva Reich, M.D., and Simeon Tropp, M.D. talk about problems in medicine, science and
society that still plague us today.
Individual CD - $ 27.50
THE SOURCE OF THE "HUMAN" NO
This recording is a 12-minute audio excerpt of a two-day interview of Reich conducted by Kurt Eissler, M.D.
of the Sigmund Freud Archives (October 18-19, 1952). In these remarks, Reich describes what happens to
the newborn child and what effect this experience has on the child's subsequent development. A printed
version of this recording comprises the opening chapter of the book Children of the Future (1983), and a
printed version of the full two-day interview with Reich appears in the book Reich Speaks of Freud (1967).
